Currently, Satheesh holds a prominent position as the head of Australia & New Zealand region operations at Experion Technologies. In this capacity, he spearheads essential sales and business development activities while effectively managing key accounts within the region. His primary responsibility involves meticulously planning and achieving business objectives for the area. To accomplish this, he focuses on nurturing and growing key accounts, engaging with partners, and identifying sustainable models for business growth.

Throughout his tenure, Satheesh has made significant contributions to the region's growth, emphasizing key verticals and successfully acquiring enterprise accounts in the area. Before joining Experion, Sam held crucial roles in multinational IT companies and financial institutions. In these positions, he played a pivotal role in overseeing major global programs in the digital domain. His strategic oversight contributed to organizational growth and digital innovation.

One of Sam's standout qualities is his infectious enthusiasm for emerging technologies, new ideas, and fresh perspectives. He maintains a proactive approach to stay abreast of industry trends, constantly seeking opportunities to leverage cutting-edge technologies for achieving business success.

Sam's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University and a Master's degree in Computer Science from A.K College of Engineering, Madurai.

With a rich history spanning over 30 years in the IT industry, Rob's journey began as a Graduate Analyst at Rolls Royce in England. He furthered his expertise by obtaining a Masters in IT.

Currently, Rob has taken on the role of Executive Director at Experion Team, where he primarily focuses on the Financial Services and Transportation Industry. During the early 1990s, Rob's career trajectory led him to pre-sales, which quickly transitioned into direct sales. Throughout this period, he gained valuable experience across various sectors, including Pharma, Logistics, Manufacturing, Telco and Media, Utilities, Banking, Wealth, and Insurance.

In 2002, Rob made a significant move, relocating to Melbourne, Australia. Over the past 21 years, he has worked with a diverse range of service providers, including Getronics, Unisys, HP, TCS, Cap Gemini, TechMahindra, Oracle, and KPMG, with a strong focus on Financial Services and Payment Ecosystems. Remarkably, Rob's sales endeavours have amounted to nearly $2 billion in IT Services revenue, and he has successfully managed and directed delivery and support operations for numerous global accounts.

Beyond sales and leadership, Rob also has a keen interest in managing and coaching Sales Teams. He is a pragmatic team player who continuously seeks opportunities to acquire new skills.

On a personal note, Rob resides between Brisbane and the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria alongside his wife, two daughters, their partners, and his beloved grandson.

Kedar possesses extensive and diverse experience, particularly in securing strategic Tier 1 & Tier 2 accounts within the Banking, Telecom, and Manufacturing sectors. His successful track record includes working with renowned global IT companies such as TCS, Microsoft, and Tech Mahindra, where he has contributed in the United States, South Africa, and Australia.

With over three decades of professional experience, Kedar has honed his skills as an accomplished team player and leader, encompassing a range of cultural backgrounds. His approach to winning customers revolves around trust, humility, and professional competence. Initially, he spent ten years in Manufacturing and Instrumentation before transitioning into the Information Technology domain for the last two decades.

Throughout his career, Kedar has achieved notable victories in securing major accounts in Australia and New Zealand. Among these accomplishments, he has successfully facilitated automation journeys for prominent entities such as Telstra, Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW), Super Retail Group (SRG), News Corp, Komatsu, Jemena (a utility company with owned and operated assets), and TV New Zealand, to name a few.

Vikas David is a seasoned professional with more than two decades of experience in the Australian healthcare sector. Currently holding dual roles as Solution Architect & Director at Hashcode and CEO of Mentegram, he has an impressive track record in the industry.

At Hashcode, Vikas is involved in a significant project, tasked with designing and implementing a mental health solution for the UNICEF EU & Central Asia, particularly in support of the Ukrainian refugee crisis.
Additionally, he serves as the Principal Healthcare Architect for Experion Technologies in Australia & NZ.
Based in Melbourne, Australia, Vikas is known for his divergent thinking approach, which has contributed to his success throughout his career. He has acquired hands-on experience in various aspects of the healthcare industry, ranging from technical software architecture to sales and marketing. His strong leadership skills and ability to provide support during complex software implementations have made him stand out.

One of his significant achievements includes being the product manager & technical and solution architect for the world's most comprehensive mental health clinical electronic medical record (EMR).

Ramakrishnan Sharma is an experienced business expert with over 20 years of diverse experience. He started his career as an interactive media programmer, contributing to projects with clients like BBC and Nottingham University. Currently, RK is the General Manager of Business Solutions, leading pre-sales efforts for the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) region. In this role, he uses his extensive background to drive important sales and business development activities. RK effectively manages key accounts, focusing on careful planning and achieving business goals.
