With a rich history spanning over 30 years in the IT industry, Rob's journey began as a Graduate Analyst at Rolls Royce in England. He furthered his expertise by obtaining a Masters in IT.

Currently, Rob has taken on the role of Executive Director at Experion Team, where he primarily focuses on the Financial Services and Transportation Industry. During the early 1990s, Rob's career trajectory led him to pre-sales, which quickly transitioned into direct sales. Throughout this period, he gained valuable experience across various sectors, including Pharma, Logistics, Manufacturing, Telco and Media, Utilities, Banking, Wealth, and Insurance.

In 2002, Rob made a significant move, relocating to Melbourne, Australia. Over the past 21 years, he has worked with a diverse range of service providers, including Getronics, Unisys, HP, TCS, Cap Gemini, TechMahindra, Oracle, and KPMG, with a strong focus on Financial Services and Payment Ecosystems. Remarkably, Rob's sales endeavours have amounted to nearly $2 billion in IT Services revenue, and he has successfully managed and directed delivery and support operations for numerous global accounts.

Beyond sales and leadership, Rob also has a keen interest in managing and coaching Sales Teams. He is a pragmatic team player who continuously seeks opportunities to acquire new skills.

On a personal note, Rob resides between Brisbane and the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria alongside his wife, two daughters, their partners, and his beloved grandson.
